Let's Blame Bush

So all you liberals out there are just drooling to find a reason to blame Bush for anything related to the hurricane. I admit myself after watching the Daily Show and seeing Bush's famous "We didn't anticipate the breach" comment I was even upset at Bush. But I spent some time doing my homework and found the comment was taken WAY out of context.
